Can I transfer or exchange the gift card for cash?

No, Talabat gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.

What if I lose the gift card code?

Treat the code like cash. Lost or stolen codes cannot be either replaced or refunded.

How to Redeem Talabat Gift Cards?

  1. Download the latest Talabat app and register/log in.
  2. Open the app and select your preferred section (e.g., food, Talabat Mart, etc.).
  3. Add items to your basket (make sure the total is greater than the voucher value).
  4. Go to your basket by clicking “View Basket.”
  5. Under “Save on your order,” tap “Add Voucher,” enter your code, and click “Use voucher.”
  6. Once the voucher is successfully applied, it appears in the “Vouchers” wallet under the active panel.
  7. Proceed to checkout and pay using your preferred payment method.

Terms & Conditions

  • Talabat Gift Cards and vouchers can only be used on the Talabat mobile app, not on webpage and are valid for registered customers only.

  • Vouchers are valid for one-time use only and cannot be reloaded or reused once redeemed.

  • A minimum order value greater than the voucher amount is required to apply the code.

  • Vouchers can be used across all Talabat services; including food, groceries, flowers, and more.
