How to Redeem PlayStation Network Gift Cards?

Redeeming a PSN Card on the Web Browser

  1. Go to store.playstation.com
  2. Sign in to your PlayStation Network account.
  3. Click on your profile icon and select "Redeem Codes".
  4. Enter your 12-digit code delivered by Keys’n’Deals on the order’s page and click "Next."
  5. Follow the instructions to confirm the redemption.

The credit is now applied to your account.

Redeeming a PSN Card on a PlayStation Console

On PlayStation 5 (PS5):

  1. Go to PlayStation Store and then press the triangle button to access the menu.
  2. Select … (More) > Redeem Code.
  3. Carefully enter the 12-digit code delivered by Keys’n’Deals on the order’s page and select Redeem.

The credit is now applied to your account.

  1. Select the PS Store icon from the bottom menue and then select the menu icon from the top-right side of the screen.

Tips

  • If you can’t find your voucher content after redemption, then try the following:
    • Restart your console and check to see if the funds has appeared.
    • Sign out of PSN and then sign back in. Make sure you are using the account that redeemed the voucher on.
  • Ensure that you enter the key/code/pin exactly as it appears, without any spaces.
  • Make sure your account's region matches the region/country of the PSN card.

Region Locking

PSN Gift Cards are region-locked, meaning they can only be redeemed in the country in where your PSN account region is registered the same as the gift card region. Always check the region/country compatibility before purchasing. This means you cannot redeem a US-purchased PSN Gift Card on a European account and vice versa.

Non-Transferable

Once redeemed, the funds in a PSN wallet cannot be transferred to another account or converted back to cash. The funds can only be used within the PlayStation ecosystem.

Expiration

PlayStation Network Gift Cards expire on an average of 1 year from the issue date, so you need to check the expiration date that comes with the code. The key is valid for a one-time use only.

Usage Limitations
