We are Crenox Digital Prepaid Cards Management Services CO. L.L.C, doing business as Keys'N'Deals,Keysndeals,KND ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates at Address 1, Address 2, City, State Zip code. Our VAT number is 1237519.

We operate the website https://www.keysndeals.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and Keysndeals.com, pertaining to your usage and access of the Online Shop. By clicking "Accept" or accessing the Online Shop in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and consented to abide by these Terms of Service and any additional legal agreements applicable to you as a Keysndeals.com Account holder, subject to modifications periodically. Should you disagree with these Terms of Service, you are required to cease using or accessing the Online Shop immediately. If you are using the Online Shop on behalf of a third party, such as a business entity, you confirm that you are duly authorized and possess the necessary authority to bind that third party to these Terms of Service.

1. Definitions

The subsequent terms are utilized throughout these Terms and Conditions and possess specific interpretations:

Account : signifies the account that Users may establish via the Online Shop to utilize the Services.
Add-On Keys : denotes any digital Program with supplementary or enhanced functionality, special weapons or characters, virtual currency, or subscription access to content or services designed for use within a specific Program.
Agreement : and "Terms and Conditions" jointly encompass all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referred to in this document (as amended from time to time) and all other rules, policies available on the Online Shop (including, but not limited to, Keysndeals.com’s Privacy Policy, guidelines, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Online Shop).
CD Key or Digital Code : signifies a serial number or a code used to register and activate a specific Program, which will be provided to you in the Confirmation Order upon successful payment of a Program Price.
Keysndeals.com’s Content : embodies any content (including but not limited to: the name, trademark, and logo of Keysndeals.com; all information about Keysndeals.com and its employees; any text, correspondence, photographs, graphics, applications; any video recordings, audio recordings, sounds, designs, features, and other materials) generated by and/or belonging to Keysndeals.com.
“Keysndeals.com” , "Crenox Digital Prepaid Cards Management Services CO. L.L.C", "we" and "us" : collectively refer to Crenox Digital Prepaid Cards Management Services CO. L.L.C - a private company incorporated under the laws of (City that we registered in it), having its principal place of business at Address, UAE, license number 1237519 - as well as our affiliates, directors, subsidiaries, officers, and employees. Keysndeals.com is a brand name wholly owned by Crenox Digital Prepaid Cards Management Services CO. L.L.C.
Confirmation Order : denotes any and all written or electronically transmitted confirmation orders sent by Keysndeals.com to Buyers regarding Programs. A Confirmation Order may contain, among other things: the CD Key; Program Price, payment terms; details of the Program; details of the publisher and developer of the Program; and any special conditions.
Content : signifies any content submitted, generated, featured, displayed through the Online Shop, including but not limited to: any Program details; any text, correspondence, graphics, software, applications, video recordings, audio recordings, sounds, company logos, photos, designs, features, User reviews, and other materials available on the Online Shop. Content includes, without limitation, User Content submitted by a User for the purpose of utilizing Keysndeals.com’s services.
Online Shop : refers to Keysndeals.com’s platform, any online tool provided, processed, and/or maintained by Keysndeals.com (including, but not limited to: Keysndeals.com’s website located at https://www.Keysndeals.com; all subpages and subdomains related to https://www.Keysndeals.com; any related domain and any mobile application offering access to, or facilitating the provision of, the Services).
Privacy Policy : denotes Keysndeals.com’s privacy practices concerning the use of the Online Shop available at https://www.Keysndeals.com/privacy-policy.
Program : refers to any and all digital or virtual games, software (business and consumer), related digital products, including Content and Add-On Keys, or services made available through the Online Shop. Program encompasses Buyer’s software used to access the Program, documentation, ads, services, technology, any content, data, and other digital materials included in or made available through a Program (including after downloading or initially accessing it), or through any updates and other changes and versions of the Program.
Product Price : signifies the total amount stated in the Confirmation Order chargeable by Keysndeals.com to Buyers for the purchase of a Product.
Service : refers to the online and/or offline services provided by Keysndeals.com for the provision and use of the technology that Keysndeals.com has developed to facilitate the access of Buyers to a variety of Programs, Sellers, and Seller Services, including, without limitation, providing access to Keysndeals.com’s online community, communication tools, and payment services.
Third Party Content : signifies any content originating from parties other than Keysndeals.com, Sellers, and Buyers.
User Content : denotes any content, written or otherwise, created, submitted, generated, featured, displayed through the Online Shop (including but not limited to, any text, correspondence, and photographs) by Users while using the Online Shop.
"User", "you", and "your" : collectively refer to the person, company, or organization that has visited or is using the Online Shop and/or the Service. A User may be a visitor of Keysndeals.com, an Account holder, and/or a Buyer.

2. About Online Shop Policies for Keysndeals.com

Keysndeals.com operates as an online platform facilitating the sale of various Programs, Digital Products, and Gift Cards. Through the Online Shop, users can access a diverse range of Programs, Digital Products, and Gift Cards.
While Keysndeals.com mandates users to provide accurate personal information.
Periodically, promotions such as sales and giveaways may be featured on the Online Shop. Keysndeals.com reserves the right to alter or cease such promotions at any time without prior notification.
It is possible that the Online Shop may not be accessible in certain countries. Additionally, Keysndeals.com retains the authority to modify, suspend, or terminate the Online Shop, either partially or entirely, without prior notice.

3. Modifications to the Terms of Use

By accessing the Online Shop, you acknowledge that Keysndeals.com reserves the right to modify this Agreement periodically and at its sole discretion. While we will make efforts to inform you of any changes to this Agreement, we are not obligated to provide advance notice of such amendments.
Following any alterations to this Agreement, the updated version will be made available on a dedicated link within our Online Shop. Your continued use of the Online Shop and/or the Service subsequent to the publication of a revised Agreement signifies your acceptance of its terms.
It is your responsibility to review our Terms and Conditions each time you visit our Online Shop and/or before utilizing any Services. If you do not consent to our updated Terms and Conditions, you are required to discontinue using our Online Shop and/or Services promptly.

4. Eligibility Standards, Account Setup, and Security Validation

If you wish to access our Services, you may need to create a personalized Account using your name and email address. Alternatively, Users can opt to create an Account using their existing Google, Apple, or Facebook accounts. Each Account must have a unique username and password.
Users are accountable for safeguarding the security of their Account and for all activities conducted under the Account, including any other actions taken in connection with it. You commit to providing accurate and complete information and maintaining the currency of your Account details. Sharing your password with unrelated third parties is prohibited. You agree to promptly notify Keysndeals.com of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breaches. You bear full responsibility for all uses of your password, Account, username, or registration, whether by yourself or others. We are entitled to act on instructions received through the use of your Account or registration and bear no liability for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this provision.
Your Account, along with any associated information (e.g., contact details, billing information, Product keys details, Account history, etc.), is strictly personal to you. Therefore, you are prohibited from selling or leasing your Account to others or transferring your Account in any way, unless expressly permitted by this Agreement.
By creating an account or utilizing the Online Shop, you consent to us contacting you regarding your interest in our Services via email, phone, or any other contact information you've provided. Users who prefer not to receive offers from us can inform us at any time through the contact methods specified in the Contact Us section on the Online Shop.
All Buyers must verify their phone number and authenticate themselves through our automated verification system, KYC (Know Your Customer) Service, to access the purchased Programs. Any information provided during this process is subject to the Privacy Policy. The phone numbers provided are solely used for identity verification purposes and are not utilized for marketing. We retain the right to request additional information from the Buyer, such as a valid ID copy, to verify their identity and to refuse or refund any order deemed fraudulent. Using a VPN, Proxy, VoIP number, or any method to conceal the Buyer's true location may result in delays, potential ID checks, and potential cancellation of associated orders. The Buyer's provided phone number may undergo geographic location checks to verify the authenticity of the order. All location data is retained for 24 hours before being erased from Keysndeals.com's records.
We retain the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, including if any User Content or information provided during registration or thereafter is found to be inaccurate, false, or misleading, or to reclaim any username created through the Services that violates this Agreement.

5. Regulations on User Behavior and Constraints

Users acknowledge and accept that all Programs available for purchase through the Online Shop are distributed electronically. No physical boxes or DVDs will be delivered. Instead, users will receive a legitimate electronic CD key for the purchased Product or Digital Product. Upon receiving the CD Key, users must activate the Program on the appropriate platform, such as Steam, Origin, Uplay, or others.
Keysndeals.com utilizes a unique system for instant and automated allocation of CD keys. Once the Product Price is completed and security checks are passed, the CD key will be accessible in the user's Account and relevant email account. Keysndeals.com bears no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from lost or stolen CD Keys or unauthorized use of CD Keys.
When purchasing a Program through the Online Shop, users acknowledge that they are acquiring a license to use the Program from the Seller and/or respective licensors, without obtaining ownership of the Program. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Programs by the Sellers and/or respective licensors. Sellers and/or licensors retain all rights, interests, and remedies related to the Program.
Some Programs available through the Online Shop may have specific usage rules. For example, users may be restricted to downloading and/or using the Program: (i) only in their country of residence; (ii) with the purchasing Account only; (iii) during specific periods; (iv) on certain compatible computer systems and/or devices; and/or (v) with a specified number of compatible devices associated with the purchasing Account.
Users agree not to transmit any Content that: (i) is unlawful or promotes unlawful activity; (ii) defames, harasses, abuses, threatens, or incites violence towards individuals or groups; (iii) is political, anti-national, anti-governmental, pornographic, discriminatory, or victimizes individuals or groups based on various factors; (iv) constitutes spam or unauthorized advertising; (v) contains viruses or other content intended to disrupt or damage the Online Shop or any related systems; (vi) infringes on proprietary rights of Keysndeals.com or third parties; (vii) impersonates any person or entity; or (viii) violates the privacy of Keysndeals.com or third parties.
Users may only use the Programs, Content, and Services for permitted purposes outlined in this Agreement (and/or the Seller Agreement). Without prior written consent from the respective Seller, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit the Programs or any software accessed via the Online Shop.
Users are permitted to use the Programs for personal use only and are prohibited from selling, transferring, renting, leasing, or licensing the Programs to others without prior written consent from the Sellers. Users may not exploit the Programs or any parts for commercial purposes without express permission.
Keysndeals.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the appropriateness of User conduct and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Keysndeals.com may terminate or deny access to any Account and/or Service for any reason, with or without prior notice.

6. Programs/Products

Upon payment for a Program, you are granted the ability to download and access a copy of that Program for personal use, provided your device meets any minimum system requirements specified on the Program detail pages. Some Programs may necessitate the input of a license key for installation or activation.
The Buyer is responsible for any internet or connection charges incurred during the download, access, and use of the Online Shop and any Program, including free trial versions.
Free trial and limited versions of Programs may be available for preview purposes before purchase, with restricted features, usage time, or other limitations. We reserve the right to withdraw access to free Programs or subscription trials without notice.
Some Programs are downloadable to local devices, while others are hosted on external servers and accessed over the internet. Use of such Programs or Add-On Keys may require account creation with the respective Seller or third party, subject to their terms and conditions.
Seller platforms are maintained by Sellers or third parties, and we do not guarantee their availability. We are not liable for any downtime of a Seller platform.
Add-On Keys are subject to usage and access restrictions outlined on the Online Shop or in this Agreement. Some Add-On Keys, like virtual currency, may be consumable and limited to one device. Automatic subscription renewal may occur unless settings are adjusted.
Upon Program purchase and availability, you are responsible for downloading (if applicable) and confirming access to the Program, including retrieving the license key, if needed. Any subsequent loss or malfunction is your responsibility.
We may provide age restrictions and ratings for Programs, but we cannot guarantee their accuracy or the absence of offensive content. We bear no liability for offensive Program content.

7. User Content

We bear no responsibility for the display or misuse of your User Content. You are solely accountable for the content and any resulting harm from any User Content you submit on the Online Shop while using the Service. You acknowledge that any liability, loss, or damage arising from such User Content is solely your responsibility. Additionally, you agree to indemnify and hold us (and any third party) harmless from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from such User Content.
Buyers may occasionally submit reviews of Products and/or Programs; however, these reviews do not guarantee, warranty, or predict the outcome of any future Seller Products and/or Programs. We are not obligated to display such reviews and may remove them at our discretion. We assume no responsibility or liability for any reviews encountered on or through the Online Shop, and any reliance on such reviews is solely at your own risk.
All Content posted on the Online Shop, including blog posts or reviews, is provided for informational purposes only, without assurance of its truth, correctness, or accuracy.
Users warrant that they have the right to post all User Content they submit. This includes compliance with any third-party licenses related to User Content and passing through any required terms to end users.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to view and monitor any User Content and determine its appropriateness and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. We may refuse or remove any User Content that violates our policies or is deemed harmful, inappropriate, or objectionable. We also reserve the right to make formatting, edits, and other changes to User Content or its display on the Online Shop.
Except for Content originating from Keysndeals.com, we do not claim ownership of any Content you post, upload, or link to. You retain all ownership, control, and responsibility for User Content. By posting any Content via the Online Shop, you grant us and our successors a worldwide, sublicensable, fully-paid, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, modify, adapt, and distribute the Content for Keysndeals.com’s business and marketing purposes.

8. Payments

Buyers commit to paying the Program Price to Keysndeals.com as outlined in the Confirmation Order. It is the Buyer's responsibility to furnish a valid payment method, which may include MasterCard, Visa, Binance, Stripe, and others.
Online payments may be subject to a Seller's Terms and Conditions, in addition to this Agreement. Buyers must review the Seller's Terms and Conditions before making any payments on Keysndeals.com. Making an online payment constitutes acceptance of the Seller's Terms and Conditions and related privacy policy.
Buyers acknowledge that the Program or Product Price, or any part thereof, is non-refundable.
Upon successful payment to Keysndeals.com, confirmation of the received amount will be sent. The Seller will issue an invoice to Keysndeals.com for the transaction, upon which request Keysndeals.com will provide an invoice to the buyer.
Buyers understand that Keysndeals.com reserves the right to delay or decline purchases of any Program for any reason. Limits may be imposed on the quantity and value of Programs purchased through the Online Shop.
Refunds are offered at the discretion of Keysndeals.com, and each request is evaluated individually. While efforts are made to accommodate refund requests, games that have been played or keys that have been redeemed are not eligible for refunds. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of key delivery by the Vendor to the Purchaser or Customer.
If a purchase was made through Crypto and exceeds 90 days, or through other payment methods (PayPal, Checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) and exceeds 120 days, refunds cannot be processed back to the original payment method due to the payment processor's limitations. Refunding the value in gift cards may be possible, subject to meeting all other terms and conditions and acceptance of the refund.

8.8 PCI DSS Compliance
1. We are committed to maintaining compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to protect cardholder data. This standard is designed to secure credit card transactions and protect against data breaches.
2. All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
3. We maintain a secure network to protect cardholder data, including the use of firewalls and other security measures.
4. Access to cardholder data is restricted to authorized personnel only, based on a business need-to-know basis.
5. We regularly monitor and test our systems to ensure the security of cardholder data and compliance with PCI DSS.
6. Cardholder data is stored securely and only for as long as necessary to complete the transaction and comply with legal requirements.
7. Users must provide accurate and complete payment information. Any misuse or fraudulent use of payment cards is strictly prohibited.
8. Users must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of their payment information or any other breach of security.
9. We may use third-party services to process payments. These third-party providers are also required to comply with PCI DSS to ensure the security of your payment information. 1.0 We are committed to safeguarding your payment information. However, we cannot be held liable for any unauthorized access to or use of your cardholder data resulting from user negligence or failure to comply with these terms. 1.1 We continuously review and enhance our security measures to stay current with PCI DSS and industry best practices. Any changes to our PCI compliance measures will be reflected in updates to this section.

9. Pre-Orders

Buyers have the option to pre-order Programs through the Online Shop. It's understood that buyers must pay for pre-ordered Programs on the order date, but the Program will be sent to the buyer on the date specified on the Online Shop.
While Keysndeals.com will make every effort to deliver CD keys for pre-ordered Programs before the official release date indicated on the Online Shop, it cannot guarantee this delivery before the official release date. Keysndeals.com is not liable for any delay or failure in delivering pre-ordered Programs. Keysndeals.com can only ensure delivery of CD keys received from the Sellers.
Buyers recognize that the price of pre-ordered Programs may vary over time. They further acknowledge that the sale of pre-ordered Programs may be revoked for any reason, in which case the Program Price paid will be refunded by the Seller.
If a purchase exceeds 90 days and was made through Crypto, or if it exceeds 120 days and was made through other payment methods (PayPal, Checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.), refunds cannot be processed back to the original payment method due to payment processor capabilities. Refunding the value in gift card or CDKoins may be possible, subject to meeting all other terms and conditions and acceptance of the refund.
Keysndeals.com will endeavor to include any pre-order bonus content within the product, as mentioned on the product description page. However, bonus content may be subject to availability and not guaranteed. Customers are advised to check their orders page regularly to ensure timely receipt of bonus content once the keys become available.

10. Third-Party Content

As part of our Service, Keysndeals.com may offer convenient links to third-party platforms and other forms of Third-Party Content. These links are provided as a courtesy, and we do not control third-party platforms or their content, including promotions, materials, information, goods, or services. We are not responsible for any Third-Party Content accessed through our Online Shop. If you choose to visit third-party platforms and access their content, you do so at your own risk, and you should understand that our Terms and Conditions and other policies no longer apply.
It is important to clarify that this Agreement does not grant you authorization to distribute, publicly display, perform, make available, alter, or otherwise use any Third-Party Content.

11. Intellectual Property

Keysndeals.com maintains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with Keysndeals.com, the Online Shop, and Service, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Any other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Online Shop and Service may be the trademarks of third parties. This Agreement does not transfer any Keysndeals.com or third-party intellectual property rights to you, and all rights, title, and interest in such property will remain solely with us. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement.
Specifically, Keysndeals.com, <www.Keysndeals.com>, and all associated trademarks appearing on the Online Shop or as part of the Service are registered trademarks of Keysndeals.com. They may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, used, modified, or distributed in any manner without prior written permission from Keysndeals.com.
If you believe that any material on Keysndeals.com violates your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please inform us. We will terminate a User's access to the Online Shop if, under appropriate circumstances, the User is found to be a repeat infringer of Keysndeals.com's or others' copyrights or intellectual property rights without necessary permissions.

12. Email Communications

We utilize email and electronic communication to keep our Users informed. By using our service, you consent to receiving emails regarding future services and updates on Programs. However, if you prefer not to receive such offers and updates, you can notify us at any time using the contact methods listed in the Contact Us section.
For contractual purposes, Users (i) agree to receive communications from Keysndeals.com electronically, either via the email address they provided or through the Online Shop; (ii) acknowledge that all Terms and Conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided by Keysndeals.com electronically fulfill legal requirements, just as they would if provided in a physical writing or traditional mailing; and (iii) notwithstanding clause 12.2(i) and 12.2(ii), Users agree to comply with clause 16.5 for any notification purposes.

13. Termination

If you decide to end this Agreement, you can simply stop using Keysndeals.com. If you also want to remove your Account data, please contact Keysndeals.com at [email protected]. While we will continue to retain and utilize your information as necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, we will make efforts to delete your full profile as much as possible.
Your rights under this Agreement will cease automatically without notice or refund of any fees if you fail to adhere to its terms.
All clauses of this Agreement that, by their nature, should endure termination will remain in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that the information provided through the Service is accurate, reliable, or correct, nor do we ensure that the Service, Seller Service, or Program will meet your specific requirements. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the availability, uninterrupted function, or security of the Service, nor can we guarantee that any defects or errors will be corrected, or that the Service is free from viruses or other harmful components. You accept full responsibility and assume the risk of loss resulting from your use of information, Content, or other material obtained from a Seller or the Service.
You bear sole responsibility for all your communications and interactions with other Users and individuals resulting from your use of the Services. It's important to note that Keysndeals.com does not screen or investigate the background of Sellers or Seller Services, nor do we verify the statements made by Sellers.
Keysndeals.com provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding Sellers and Programs, and disclaims any warranty to the fullest extent permitted by law. We have no control over the existence, quality, safety, or legality of any Program or Seller Services, nor can we guarantee the truth or accuracy of any Program details. We also cannot assure the availability of Seller Services at any particular time or location. Furthermore, we do not warrant or guarantee that any Seller Services offered through the Online Shop will meet a Buyer's requirements. It is your responsibility to take reasonable precautions in all communications and interactions with other Users and individuals resulting from your use of the Services.

15. Release and Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keysndeals.com from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, assessments, charges, third-party liabilities, costs, and expenses that may arise as a result of:
1. The Users' use of the Online Shop and the Service or violation of this Agreement; or
2. Any injury, accident, health issues, physical or property damage, loss of profit, property, or business reputation, or otherwise that may be caused as a result of their use of any Service, Seller Services, and/or in connection with a Program; or
3. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of User Content, and/or information available on or through the Online Shop; or
4. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted by you to or through the Online Shop; or
5. Any dispute, conflict, or disagreement between a Buyer and a Seller or a third party in connection with any Seller Services or Program.
If you have a dispute with another User, you release Keysndeals.com from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) or losses of every kind and nature, arising out of such disputes.
Buyers agree that Keysndeals.com, and each Seller jointly and severally, have the power to file and pursue lawsuits against any Buyer in respect of any claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, fines, charges, liabilities, costs, and expenses which have been suffered or incurred by Keysndeals.com and/or a Seller, directly or indirectly, and that have been caused by the Buyer as a result of the Buyer’s use of any Service and/or Program.
You agree that in no event will Keysndeals.com be liable, responsible, or otherwise, to you or to third parties for any damages or losses that may arise from:
1. The failure, interruption, or disruption of any service to maintain your access to the Online Shop or the Services, regardless of whether the service is provided by Keysndeals.com or a third party; or
2. The quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, safety, performance of a Seller, Seller Services, Program, and/or the Online Shop, completeness, or delays, breach, omissions, or interruptions in the delivery of any Services, Program, or Seller Services; or
3. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of any Content, Program, and/or Keysndeals.com’s Content and/or information available on or through the Online Shop; or
4. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein, and/or any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our servers, and/or any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Online Shop by any third party; or
5. Any failure or delay in the execution of any transactions through the Online Shop and/or the Services; or
6. Any dispute, conflict, or disagreement between a Seller and a Buyer or third parties in connection with any Services, Seller Services, or Program; or
7. Any refund, loss of profits, loss of business reputation (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any injury or accident or physical or property damage or health issues, or otherwise that may occur to you as a result of your use of any Seller Services and/or in connection with a Program; or
8. Any intellectual property infringement that may arise from the use of a Program and/or Seller Services.

16. Miscellaneous

Governing Law: This Agreement between you and Keysndeals.com, and any access to or use of the Online Shop and/or the Service, is governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that may arise between a User and Keysndeals.com, pertaining to the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement, shall be amicably settled. Failing that, the Courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
Severability: If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. Any failure on the part of Keysndeals.com to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce such provision. Our rights under this Agreement will survive any termination of this Agreement.
Assignability: Keysndeals.com may assign or delegate its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions, and/or the Keysndeals.com Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You may not assign or delegate any of your rights or obligations under the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy without Keysndeals.com’s prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment and delegation by you shall be considered null and void.
Notices to Users: Reports, statements, notices, and any other communications may be transmitted by Keysndeals.com to Users via the email address specified by them in their Account. All communications and notices shall be deemed to be duly served to a User when electronically sent by Keysndeals.com to the User at the email address specified in the User’s Account.
Notices to Keysndeals.com: Reports, statements, notices, and any other communications may be transmitted by a User to Keysndeals.com at info@ Keysndeals.com. All communications and notices shall be deemed to be received, or served (as applicable), to Keysndeals.com when electronically received by Keysndeals.com at [email protected].
Gender Neutral: Wherever used herein and required by the context, the singular number shall include the plural, the plural shall include the singular number, and the use of either gender shall include both genders. The words “hereof,” “herein,” and “hereafter” shall refer to the entire Agreement and not to any provision or section.
